This colorful 3D (Three Dimensional) map really POPS off the wall. Genuine License Plates from each of the 50 states are mounted on a layer of backing wood which is then attached to the main wood boards that make up the background. Notice how the spacing between the backboard planks works to enhance the depth perception of this piece. Each License Plate is hand cut to create a scaled down shape of the state.The overall effect is a nice, integrated fit of individual states on the overall map. Each map is individually handmade. The exact license plates used on every map are different. Like a darker stain or a lighter, or even specify exactly what stain you want me to use. If you want me to paint the back round a color like Black, Red, Blue, etc...
40" High x 67" Long. The map would be precisely hand carved to exact shape of each state. Hours of time went into these maps because of the cutting detail. Would make a nice gift for that somebody at the office!Or for yourself in your family room, behind your bar and/or at work in your office.... Or where ever you would like to show it off!!!!!!!! Every little angle and curve are cut to match the state exactly!! The cut types are boxed or triangular. They do not show the detail of the actual state.Which I think DETAIL is very important.
