This is a slightly softer mattress, with just 5" of the firmer orthopaedic Reflex foam, topped with a 1" layer of the softer, visco-elastic memory foam. Originally developed by NASA, memory foam is heat and pressure sensitive and moulds to the shape of your body. This helps ensure a better sleeping posture, and reduces localised pressure points. This is beneficial to circulation and leads to a less disturbed night.

Once they have been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to follow the progress of your goods. The courier will update the tracking on their site if no-one is home, so you can re-arrange directly with the courier for a more suitable day. Please allow extra time after Bank Holidays for items to be dispatched and delivered. Deliveries are to mainland UK only. For offshore and the Scottish Highlands, please get a quote from us prior to placing your order.Due to the demand of carriers, this may take longer to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking in "order details" for accurate information. Most of our mattresses arrive ROLLED AND BOXED for transportation. On receipt, please take to the room of placement, open, and leave to expand for a minimum of 12hrs before using the mattress. Packaging is for transportation only.
For best results, please do not leave mattresses rolled for more than 7 days from receipt. Please do not remove your old mattress until your new mattress has arrived and you are 100% satisfied. For damages or receipt of incorrect size, we will require photographic evidence and where possible, a photo of the packaging label to speed up resolution.
If you find this item isn't what you wanted, you are welcome to return within the 30-day notice period, however, the item must be unused and still in the original plastic.
